It began innocently enough. During a typical morning playdate with their kids, Becky Crenshaw’s longtime friend Elizabeth casually mentioned her R+F business. At the time, Becky and her husband were homeschooling their three boys, ministering college students at the University of Tennessee and caring for Becky’s 90-year-old grandmother. Living on a pastor’s salary, she definitely felt the pinch of raising her children on a limited income.

Saying yes to Rodan + Fields was “a way to take the pressure off my husband to be the sole provider for our family.” Becky also saw the opportunity to allow her three boys the privilege of extracurricular activities, something that was “nonexistent” in her own childhood. And now, since joining as an Independent Consultant in 2012, “it has done so much more than that,” she says. “Rodan + Fields has offered us freedom.”

Typically working less than 20 hours each week, Becky loves training her team and says the most rewarding part of the business is watching them achieve their goals. She is also grateful to get to be “a present mom while still feeling the satisfaction of accomplishing such amazing career goals.” She absolutely loves the community of R+F and is “continuously amazed by the enormous support and encouragement present in this company.”
